Click here to view a copy of the Voucher/Claim form. This form will be sent to the Customer once they have applied for the Warmfront £300 Heating Rebate Scheme. They will present this form to you to complete once the heating system has been installed and they are satisfied with the work carried out. Please ensure that the form is completed fully and signed by the Customer as failure to do so will cause a delay in the payment process.

Please be aware that as part of the Installer's Declaration on the Voucher/Claim form, it is your responsibility to receive prior permission from landlords before starting any work.
